The PTA would like to congratulate high school student Kirupa Sargunaraja who won the International Fair t-shirt design contest. Kirupa was awarded a $400 Amazon gift card with $200 shipping by PacMe.com and Adobe CS6 design and web premium student and teacher edition software in Mac version for her winning design.
